Mediation Costs
Compared to the cost of lawyers and protracted court actions, mediation is a cost-effective solution for resolving family disputes. We offer private family law mediations at rates lower than most private mediators.
As a guide, standard mediation session takes between 3 and 4 hours. Shuttle mediations usually take minimum of 4 hours. Some mediation cases take more than one session depending upon the complexity of the matter and the issues in dispute. If further sessions are required, the parties will be charged on hourly basis of $250 per hour per party.

Fixed Fee Mediation Cost
We offer fixed fee mediation cost – includes all communication, writing up the agreements, if reached*.
+Section 60i Certification (if required)
Terms of payment
Pre-Mediation session fees are payable at time of booking – non refundable for cancellations/no shows.
Joint mediation session fees are payable in full at least 48 hours prior to the session.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice/no shows on the day will forfeit half of the total
fee.
